Stakeholders
The B.I.D. Stakeholders are part of a select group who participate in the betterment of Chatsworth businesses along the Devonshire Corridor. Without the B.I.D., the businesses along the Devonshire Corridor would be subject to higher crime, less security, fewer customers, fewer trees, unkept landscaping, increasing amounts of grafitti, no community marketing and no coordination for further improvements. B.I.D. boardmembers and stakeholder participants have the opportunity to help produce a thriving business commuinity without loosing control of the funds spent. This is because the monies collected are put directly back into the business community and not into the L.A. City General Fund.
